Our story
RK & JG Holdings, LLC was formed after years of running operations, growth, and payments work inside small consumer brands — the kind of companies where the founder still signs the invoices, the third hire is still finding their desk, and every decision moves a real number on a real P&L.
Most founders we meet aren’t short on ideas. They’re short on someone to sit next to them for ninety days and actually finish the three things that matter most. A written plan. A cleaner operations posture. A payments stack that doesn’t quietly break on a Tuesday morning. The work is rarely glamorous, but it’s the work that turns a scrappy brand into a durable one.
Today we work privately, one engagement at a time, with founders who want a steady operator in the seat next to them. We don’t take on retainers we can’t execute, and we don’t sell strategy we’re not willing to help implement.
Our values
Most early brands don’t need a longer list of ideas. They need three or four things done properly. Our engagements pick the work that actually moves the business and shepherd it to completion.
No two brands produce the same plan. Your margin structure, channel mix, supplier posture, and founder bandwidth shape every recommendation — not a deck template someone else is also reading.
Every engagement produces a written plan and a monthly review. You can hand it to a co-founder, an investor, or a new hire and the reasoning still stands without us in the room.
You work with the person running the engagement. No ticket queue, no rotating account manager, no intermediary — a real operator who knows the business and answers within one business day.
Who we work with
Most of our clients are running consumer brands with a working product, early revenue, and a small team. They’ve already figured out the obvious parts. What’s in front of them is harder: tightening unit economics, cleaning up the back office, picking the right channel to commit to, and making payments and fulfillment stop being a weekly fire drill.
They don’t need more frameworks. They need an operator beside them who’s done this before, will write things down, and will stay in the work until the next stage of the business is actually in place.

We work best with founders who have a product in-market and early revenue. If you’re still ideating, we’re not the right stage.
Legal, tax, or financial advice
We are not attorneys, CPAs, or registered financial advisors. We stay in our lane and refer out when the question belongs with a licensed professional.
Agency-style execution
We don’t run your ads, manage your inbox, or build your website. We advise and coordinate — the implementation sits with your team or trusted partners.
Our commitment
Engagements run by email, shared docs, and Zoom. We work with founders anywhere in the United States — no office visit, no travel requirement.
Your numbers, notes, and plan are yours. We don’t sell data, we don’t resell engagement artifacts, and nothing leaves the engagement without written consent.
Questions and check-ins between sessions get a real reply within one business day — from the operator running the engagement, not a support queue.
