A 30-minute conversation to understand where the business is, what you’ve tried, and what a good outcome looks like. No pressure, no pitch.

Diagnostic intake

A written questionnaire across positioning, channel performance, operations, and payments, plus optional review of financials, ad data, or supplier documents you choose to share.

Written plan

A plan written specifically for the business, delivered within 5 business days of intake. Concrete, sequenced, and mapped to the real schedule — not a template.

Biweekly or weekly working sessions, unlimited email support between sessions, and month-over-month refinement as we see what ships and what needs to change.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Early-stage consumer brands with a live product, early revenue, and a small team. That typically means direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, subscription, and consumer services businesses. If your stage is pre-product or enterprise B2B, we’ll say so on the intro call and help you find a better fit.

Is this legal, tax, or financial advice?

No. RK & JG Holdings is a private business-consulting practice. We are not attorneys, CPAs, or registered financial advisors, and nothing we provide is a substitute for advice from a licensed professional. When a question belongs with legal or tax counsel, we will say so clearly and refer out.

Do you help with checkout, Stripe, or payments infrastructure?

Yes, at an advisory level. We help founders think through processor selection, risk posture, checkout architecture, and how the payments stack fits into the broader business. We don’t implement code for you — implementation sits with your team or a trusted technical partner we can help coordinate with.

Do you meet in person?

Not at this time. All engagements are delivered remotely via video call, shared docs, and email so we can work with founders across the United States without travel overhead.

How long until results show up?

Most founders see tangible decisions resolved and executed within the first 30 to 45 days — clearer positioning, a cleaner operations cadence, a payments stack that stops being a recurring problem. Bigger shifts — a rebuilt channel mix, durable margin improvements — usually take a full quarter or longer.

What if I need to cancel or pause?

Business seasons shift. Our refund and pause terms are documented in the engagement agreement you sign before we begin, and we will walk you through them on the intro call so there are no surprises.
